From October 24th to 28th 2018
Opening on invitation on Wednesday 24th October from 6pm to 10pm.
For the third year, Florence Lemiegre is showing her creations at the Salon d’Automne of Paris.
Her ceramic sculpture “Noli me tangere“ – Don’t touch me, made of pure blue, can be discovered at the Salon d’Automne of Paris, on the Champs-Elysées.
For this 115th edition more than thousands of works from 870 artists from France and more than 44 foreign countries are being gathered.
In collaboration with the French Minister of Culture and Communication, the special guest will be Franquin, represented by its daughter Isabelle, sponsored by academician François Cheng. A rich cultural programmation is set up to go along with the exhibition.
The sculpture section of the Salon d’Automne gathers a lot of different plastic dimensions. It shows the various potentialities that matter has. Works tailored in stone, wood, poured in molten bronze, ceramic, metal or resin, they all are the result of a birth within the creative univers of each artist. They are sharing the space with pictural work, contributing to animate the exhibition path in a powerful, colorful, complexe and rhythmic journey.
